About
A document compiler and a box of tools, built by one person.
DocsBolt exists because "make me a deck from these notes" and "make this PDF smaller" are the same afternoon's work, and no site did both without a paywall or a watermark.
What it does
Two things. The generator takes a prompt, notes, a transcript or an attached document and compiles a native .pptx, .docx, .xlsx or .pdf — a real file with editable text boxes, heading styles and typed cells, not a web page you export. The tools convert, compress, merge, split and edit files people already have.
The two halves live together because the same task usually needs both. Someone turning lecture notes into slides then needs the deck small enough to email. Someone assembling an application scans six pages and needs them as one PDF in the right order.
How it is run
DocsBolt is free, without an account, without a watermark and without an export limit. There is no paid tier holding back output quality. The site is supported by advertising placed below the tools, never inside them.
Some tools are better than others. Converting a scanned PDF into editable Word will always need tidying afterwards, and the tool page says so before you try, not after. The generator is a language model: it produces good structure and plausible prose, and you should check the facts. Where a tool cannot do something — form fields, OCR, PDF/A — it is not listed rather than listed as "coming soon".
What happens to your files
Files are never kept: many tools never upload your file at all, and anything that is processed for you is deleted after 30 minutes. Every tool page states which kind it is, next to the upload box. Server-side files are stored behind a link that expires after 30 minutes and a scheduled task deletes the bytes on the same clock. The Privacy Policy lists every service involved.

DocsBolt is built by Arpit Anand. Arpit Anand is an Indian full-stack and AI engineer, the founder and sole developer of DocsBolt, and a Computer Science and Engineering student at Chandigarh University.

I'm a full-stack engineer and builder who enjoys turning ideas into products that people can actually use. Writing code is the smaller part; what I care about is taking an idea from zero to production — designing it, building it, shipping it, and then making it better every week.
My work spans full-stack engineering, AI and LLM systems, product development and developer infrastructure. I have built and operated production systems end to end: an examination platform serving more than 25,000 students, and DocsBolt, an AI document platform with 4,000+ organic users.
What interests me most is the next generation of software — where AI does not just generate text but becomes part of dependable products, workflows and intelligent systems. My current focus is AI agents, orchestration, persistent memory, structured outputs and the safeguards that make LLM-generated results trustworthy.
I am a high-ownership builder by nature: I learn fast, solve problems end to end, and compress weeks of work into days. There is always another system to build, another problem to simplify, and another idea worth testing — and I would rather be the person building it than the one waiting for it.
