Extract Pages from PDF
Extract selected pages into a smaller PDF when you only need one section or chapter.
- up to 200 MB per file
- Never uploaded
What Extract Pages does
Pull specific pages out of a PDF into a new document. This is the tool for sending someone the three pages that concern them instead of a sixty-page report, or for lifting a single signed page out of a bundle without exposing everything else in the file.
Formats and limits
- Accepts
- .pdf — a password-protected PDF needs its password, or Unlock PDF first

How it works
- 01
Upload your PDF
Choose the source document.
- 02
Select pages
Enter the page numbers or ranges to keep.
- 03
Download the new file
Get a smaller PDF with just those pages.
Limitations
- Extracted pages keep their own content but lose document-level extras: bookmarks, the outline and attached files stay with the original.
- Pages are copied as-is; there is no way to extract only part of a page.

Questions
What format should the page field use?
Use patterns like `1-3,6,9`.
Does this remove other pages?
Yes. The output contains only the selected pages.
How do I specify which pages I want?
Give individual pages, ranges, or a mix — for example 1, 4, 7-9. Pages come out in document order regardless of the order you list them.
Is the original changed?
No. Extraction creates a new document containing copies of the pages you chose. The file you uploaded is untouched.
Do the extracted pages keep their formatting?
Yes — fonts, images and layout are carried across unchanged, because the pages are copied rather than re-rendered.
