Your generated documents are stored temporarily using MongoDB GridFS and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Uploaded templates are processed in memory and deleted immediately after generation.

Google Gemini AI: For content structuring and generation (text is sent to Google's API)
Google OAuth: For authentication if you choose to sign in with Google
MongoDB Atlas: For database storage (hosted on secure cloud infrastructure)
Vercel: For hosting the frontend application
Render: For hosting the backend API

6. No Login Required

DocsBolt offers document generation without requiring an account. When used without signing in, we do not collect any personal information — only the text you provide for generation, which is processed in real time and not stored.
